We had a great stay at the accommodation, very pleasant. Very welcoming and kind hosts. Thank you for the coffee and accompaniment provided! Too bad we didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoors a little more!😄 Only a small point about the parking, but the neighborhood being peaceful we were able to leave the car a little further.😀 I recommend it with great pleasure! Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily complete some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

We only stayed for a few days but it was amazing. The host is very friendly and is always available for whatever you may need! Peaceful neighborhood and the house is close to a couple shops, so it’s perfect for longer stays, or just if you need a day to yourself to relax! The house itself is very modern and feels like it’s generally well maintained. There’s an incredible bedroom for kids, equipped with a sort of bunk bed and firefighter pole to slide down into a ball pit! House also comes with a very friendly outdoor cat that lives in the neighborhood and loves attention! Did I mention the turtles?

We stayed for two days in extremely hot weather. 2 air conditions fully equipped and clean home. Two very comfy beds and a hammock ! We’re treated like a family members with space and privacy. Will decently go again when in Lyone Thanks

We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Price incomparable compared to hotels and the value for money and the services offered are far superior. The training room in the home was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own single room and could retreat to work quietly while the others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation with sanitary facilities (5 for the whole accommodation and there are on all floors), bathrooms in all bedrooms, 2 fridge and 2 coffee machines. We weren't stepping on each other's toes but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (whom we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

very pleasant stay at Yann's, with a green space where my dogs were able to walk freely. Yann's room is perfect with all the amenities and the surrounding setting is perfect for walking or cycling. Quiet little corner away from noise and in a very pleasant setting. Feel free to test

We had a pleasant stay in peace and serenity. The place and especially the garden are beautiful! Although there are houses around, you quickly feel like a private place just for yourself. The quality of the services (coffee, drinks), the beauty of the apartment and Cyril's kindness to us were worth a visit. He even alerted us to forget to close our vehicle window in pouring rain! We recommend this place where you quickly forget that it is located in the city center!

Superhost in a great place, Laurence and Raphaël were both very attentive, responsive and considerate. The house is pleasant and functional, located in a green nest. An address to discover to visit Lyon while being in a place of great tranquility.

Pleasant stay, pleasant host, accommodating and very responsive. Very quiet house, "original" staircase. The equipment could be improved with a toaster or even a microwave.

We had a wonderful one month stay and the apartment was much more than we had even hoped for. Bright, spacious yet cozy, beautiful bathrooms, etc. And views from the living room windows and the outdoor terrace were so beautiful. This truly is a wonderful home. We had an unfortunate issue with the refrigerator dying, but the owners were extremely responsive. They ran out and purchased a small temporary fridge to get us by, and then had a whole new fridge delivered and installed. All within 36 hours at most. They also went out and bought a toaster when we asked about the availability of one for the apartment. All in all we can’t recommend this home enough to other travelers.

The listing was exactly as described. Very quiet, and everything available for a pleasant stay. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive to any request. Great for a long stay. I highly recommend it! Looking forward to coming back :)

This home was tucked away on top of the hill. Everything was great and clean, and the host gave great recommendations for food. When I come back to Lyon I will stay here again with a group!
