On the 8th and top floor of a 1930s building with elevator to the 7th floor, small charming studio bathed in light with a 14 m2 terrace in full sun with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower and Observatory. Ideally located close to transport 4 min and all amenities (Bakery, butcher, pharmacy 3 min from the apartment). The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, right next to the 5th arrondissement and Rue Mouffetard, and 10 min walk from Denfert Rochereau.

The advantage of the apartment is the 2 very spacious bedrooms of 14 m2, which is very rare in Paris. The apartment is my primary residence, so it's functional, personalized, and doesn't look like an Ikea catalog. Everything is done to make you feel at home
