Holiday rentals with breakfast in Paris

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

We spent two nights at Justine's. The house is located in a very quiet and pleasant place. Exactly matched the description. As for Justine, she was attentive and very responsive when needed. We will come again

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is decorated with great taste but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and gives off an atmosphere of tranquility. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angelique is very welcoming and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Paris apartment! The space is stylish, cozy, and full of character, exactly what you’d hope for in a Parisian home. The location is fantastic with excellent metro access, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and friendly locals all around. One of the nicest surprises was that the neighborhood wasn’t crowded with tourists, which made the experience feel much more authentic and relaxed. Every room was well appointed and comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Marion was a true superhost, responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommended, we’d definitely stay here again!

Floraine's apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, well stocked with everything we needed, and even included some snacks, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. The neighborhood was vibrant, energetic, and fantastic—lots of great restaurants nearby, an easy walk to the Canal and to the Metro. I highly recommend it!

Staying at Simon’s place felt like staying at a friend’s home which is exactly what you want when you’re in Paris! The terrace was perfect for the sunny days we had in Paris. For us, the location was excellent and always in walking distance to a few metro lines and great restaurants.

Tiny space. About 10-15 minutes from the Hoche metro station. Very nice reception with a personal message in the form of a letter. I found it particularly nice and thoughtful that the refrigerator was filled with food for breakfast, which you were allowed to help yourself to. I'd love to come back.

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to call home while we were in Paris! The apartment was beautiful and had everything we would ever need. We loved seeing the little bird visit the balcony each morning (I would like to think I made friends with him by the end of our stay). The neighborhood was both lively and peaceful at the same time. The location is just a short walk to the canal and multiple metro stations. But to top it off, Bénédicte was the kindest host! We will definitely be back next time we visit :)

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

The neighborhood was the Marais district, so the surrounding environment was clean, and there were many antique buildings and shops around. I want to recommend it because the neighborhood was beautiful. It was close to the subway station, and it was on the first floor, so you might hear a little noise, but the windows block out the noise well, so you can sleep well without waking up in the middle of the night after traveling. The breakfast provided by Morgan was also very good, and it was a happy accommodation because he was so kind. You can spread it out in the corner of the 28-inch carrier, but it's uncomfortable because the passage is blocked. The bathroom is also small, so it can be difficult for adult men. It's a recommended accommodation for two women traveling, and the bathroom was small but really neat, and the hair dryer had a strong wind, and there were cotton swabs and cotton pads, and the tissues were thick, and there was a large mirror in the center, so it was nice. The bed was big and the mattress was fluffy, so it was nice. It's close to all the tourist attractions. I totally recommend this place

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

It was a great stay with Dominika and Eryk. Very warm and cordial welcome and treatment throughout the stay. We really felt like members of this very nice French family. Dominika and Eryk are very special people ready to help. Thanks to this, our trip to Paris was very successful. The location of the villa is very good, close to several means of transport. Delicious breakfasts. We recommend this place to all who want to visit Paris and live with a couple of exceptional people.

We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Paris. Both hosts are very helpful and keen to recommend things to see and do, places to eat and to give advice on getting around their beautiful city, of which they are rightly proud. We can't recommend a stay with them highly enough if you want to feel "at home" in Paris. We wouldn't hesitate to return in future as there is so much to explore and enjoy from such a great location with such friendly hosts.
