Authentic apartment with views of all of Paris.

My accommodation is on the top floor (with elevator) of a beautiful Haussmann building, with unobstructed views of all the monuments of Paris. Located at the Voltaire metro station, between Bastille and Père Lachaise, it is close to all shops (bistros, wine cellar...) and in the heart of a real neighborhood life. I am very attached to Parisian life and I chose this apartment because it brings together for me all the attractions of the capital. It is quiet, warm and carefully furnished.

The advantage of the apartment is the 2 very spacious bedrooms of 14m2, which is very rare in Paris. The apartment is my primary residence, so it is functional, personalized and does not look like an Ikea catalogue. Everything is done to make it feel like home

Belleville studio

A very cozy studio, you will have it for you, in the center of Paris, 10 minutes walk to Oberkampf (the main street of bars), 15 minutes away from Republique and Canal Saint Martin. Many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets around. Fully equipped, there is everything you need in my studio and it is very easy to reach from anywhere you like in Paris (several metro lines around). Plus, I have an amazing coffee machine so feel free to serve yourself :)

In the heart of Belleville, a 15-minute walk from République, a lovely bright two-room, completely refurbished (33 m2). You'll love climbing the 4 floors to snuggle up, even without an elevator. The windows have double glazing. Shops abound in the lively area, the street is pedestrianized for better quality. Metro and bus nearby, will take you all over Paris. Down Rue de Belleville, you'll see the Eiffel Tower, accessible in 30 minutes by metro.

I occasionally rent my apartment where I live with my 8-year-old daughter. This apartment is located near the Père Lachaise cemetery, between Place Gambetta and Place de la Nation, in a beautiful building. The apartment combines a typical Parisian charm with a very nice decoration and great comfort. It is very luminous and warm. Between each rental, a complete cleaning is carried out in order to best respond to the health situation.
