Holiday rentals with an EV charger in 5th arrondissement

Natacha is an amazing host and her apartment was perfect for our family’s time in Paris. It is very comfortable and just as described. It is also very easy to walk to many transit options and has several wonderful areas nearby with plenty of restaurant options plus a market and other fresh food choices. Natacha was always very responsive and incredibly willing to help if needed. She was friendly and welcoming and made check in and check out a breeze. I would stay again in a heartbeat and be sure to enjoy the balcony!

The apartment, medium size, is very pretty and well-equipped. Its windows overlook the pleasant Parc de Montsouris property. It is located close by, both the terminus of bus 21 and the Cité Universitaire station of RER B. For food, a Franprix is about 300 m away. Two good restaurants are close by, the Chalet on Boulevard Jourdan at the other end of the Park; and, further down on Rue de la Cité Universitaire, a great little Vietnamese. The proximity of the University CIté animates the neighborhood through its youth. Joggers animate the paths of the Park. The apartment, with beautiful hardwood floors, has a pleasant living-living lounge, with an adjacent kitchenette. Everything is very clean. The multiple cabinets have plenty of dishes. Dominique is an engineer, which translates, among other things, to learned lighting and the aforementioned cabinets hidden in the coverings. In total, a pleasant and charming living space, which I recommend!

We had a great week in Valerie's lovely apartment. Very cosy and comfortable in an excellent location. We had everything we needed inside and the outside choices, so many to choose from, with food, restaurants, shops and lovely walks.

All around excellent experience. Thought has obviously been given to what renters would want. One fundamental thing you don't always get at these rentals, a comfortable bed. Everything you could want in a kitchen. Washer and drying racks. Handy book of instructions. Good elevator. TV is mostly English-language news channels unless you speak French. Neighborhood is pleasant and safe enough, although definitely not American suburbia -- the streets are narrow and stores and apartments are built right up to the sidewalk. Reasonably quiet, though, since it is off the main street. Three good restaurants within a hundred feet! -- and many more in the neighborhood. Market and bakeries close by. Easy walking distance to Metro, Marais, many sites and museums. Be sure to have your phone turned on and ready for use in a foreign country when you arrive, as that will be the best way to make initial contact with Nacer.

Charlotte is incredible! She was so communicative in advance of my visit. Her recommendations were super! This location, and suite were perfect (including the washer/dryer in unit). She was so friendly, recommending super restaurants and drinks locations and even met me with pastries and a bottle of rosé! Can’t get better than that.

Really enjoyed the stay!

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome - a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

Soreya’s place was great. It was exactly as described. She was kind enough to let me check in early. She even met me at the place. There were places to eat and a supermarket within close proximity. There were 2 metro stations within walking distance which could transport to all the great Paris sights. I highly recommend Soreya’s place to stay.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
