Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 5th district of Budapest

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

A beautiful and spacious home perfect for our two families on holiday. We loved the hot tub and beautiful outdoor space.

Great accommodation and charming hosts! This place is perfect for families with children - very clean, furniture and amenities in perfect condition, there are all amenities for small children and toys. My children immediately started playing in the yard (swings and trampoline) upon arrival. The stairs to the second floor are wide and comfortable, my 3-year-old child safely descended and ascended independently. The hosts were very kind and helped to resolve all issues. We will be happy to come back here if we have the chance.

This apartment is just 1 minute by foot to Parliarment house. Great view, lovely host. You could not get any better.

I really enjoyed my stay in Kriszti's apartment. It is on the sixth floor and served by a reliable elevator, and felt very secure. It is protected by a metal gate at the door. The rooms are a good size and it is well stocked with amenities. It is quiet. The small balcony was great for breakfast. (If you have a late breakfast there is little shade left.) The main view from the balcony is a synagogue, which was silent. The air conditioning works well. The shower in the bath is small, but works fine. It is situated in a central area that is close to most things you will want to visit. The French bakery about 100 metres on the left when you leave the building does great croissants. I highly recommend the Leo Rooftop Bistro which does good food and has a great view of the Danube, including the Chain Bridge and Parliament - but book in advance. The Szechenyi Thermal Baths are worth a visit. Also the Parliament tour - again book in advance. The Prima food store nearby is good.

Absolutely amazing apartment to stay in when visiting Budapest. Super modern and relaxing when touring the city (especially the private hot tub) The hosts were great - very friendly, responsive and helpful. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place with lot's of things to do around.

Excellent apartment for your Budapest visit no matter it is your first or tenth. So spatious, very tastefull decorated and very well equiped. As a family we can confirm is ideal for 4 ( family or 2 couples) Location is perfect, walkable to almost everything in the center of Budapest well connected with city transport system. Tamas is great host. Very responsive and helpfull Thank you Tamas. PS Sauna is great plus ( even in hot days ) I can only sincerely recommend

We had a nice experience with dessert hosting in a very central location. If we come to Budapest again, we will definitely prefer this place.

Look no further, probably the best place you can find center of all action and walking distance to transportation and still super quiet and get rest in comfortable bed—-classy / upscale feel in the apartment with elegant furniture and beautiful architectural elements

Opera Station is close and the location is good. The accommodation is very clean.

Evelin's apartment was very spacious, elegant and full of light. The bed was quite comfortable, and having TWO bathrooms (one with tub and another with a shower) was such a luxury. The apartment was quiet and felt very private. The kitchen was well appointed, and there are nearby grocery stores and delicious restaurants. We used Uber to get around in Budapest (super convenient and affordable), but public transportation was close by that we could have used. Evelin was very accommodating, and communication with her was quick and easy. Checkin instructions were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend Evelin's place, and would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Amazing location on the Buda side. Very convenient. Right bt Chain Bridge. And the back deck looks right st the Buda palace dome.

Very nice apartment in the city centre. Super easy to get to the tram, metro, buses, restaurants and shops. Even though it was centrally located, there was no noise in the apartment. The balcony had a great view of the St.Stephen’s Church and everything in the apartment was neat and tidy. Easy to locate and check in. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We chose the accommodation based on the style and excellent location (proximity to the metro, proximity to monuments). We also welcomed the possibility of parking. The host Ben gave us precise instructions and therefore the accommodation process went completely smoothly and we found everything easily. He also helped us with tips on eating and sitting in the city. We really appreciate the approach.. we recommend!

Our stay in Istvans apartment was more than what I expected. It was magical. All those stylish little details I found in the apartment were just lovely and well thought of. The view from the bed, looking outside the window, was just great in the morning. I really loved the vibe of the district where the apartment is located at. It was so quick to get to the next train station or bus or tram or even for renting bikes. We found a great bakery nearby and cute coffee places. If I will not return myself that quick, I will definitely send friends and family to book this place, because I could not think of a better place to stay at in Budapest. We had an excellent time. The apartment is very comfortable, tastefully decorated. Better than a hotel. It is located close to the main attractions in Budapest Noemi was always attentive to any questions I definitely recommend it.
