Completely independent room with toilet and private bathroom. Entrance completely separate from the rest of the house. Air conditioning. House overlooking the boulevard but the bedroom overlooks the quieter opposite street and the windows are well soundproofed. However, if you are a very light sleeper, some faint traffic noises persist. Downtown, train station about 20 minutes by car but by transit about an hour (Metro + bus). Stairs to access the bedroom
