Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 8th arrondissement

Choć nasz pobyt w tym domu związany był wyłącznie z podróżą służbową i większość czasu spędzaliśmy w pracy, muszę przyznać, że wynajęte lokum spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – a nawet je przewyższyło. Po długich godzinach zawodowych z przyjemnością wracaliśmy do spokojnego, czystego i komfortowego wnętrza. Dom był dobrze ogrzany, łóżka bardzo wygodne, a szybki internet i biurka pozwalały mi bez problemu dokończyć niektóre obowiązki zdalnie. Cicha okolica sprzyjała odpoczynkowi i skupieniu – dokładnie tego potrzebowaliśmy po intensywnym dniu. Doceniam też dbałość gospodarzy o szczegóły – podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, świeże ręczniki, ekspres do kawy, a nawet kilka przydatnych informacji o okolicy – wszystko to sprawiło, że czuliśmy się bardziej jak w domu niż w „miejscu noclegowym”. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom nie tylko turystom, ale również osobom podróżującym służbowo. Jeśli znów będziemy w tej okolicy, chętnie wrócimy.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce logement. Les personnes y sont accueillantes et à disposition du client si besoin. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit que ce soit pour sa propreté, ses équipements ou encore sa zone géographique (situé à quelques minutes de Lyon avec transport en commun à 200 mètres).

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Amandine. La bonne literie, le calme et les ventilateurs de plafond nous ont permis de bien nous reposer. La présence d’une borne de recharge électrique est également un gros plus.

Meilleur endroit pour se reposer à quelques minutes de Lyon en bus. Le lieu est idéal, et la piscine fait tellement plaisir. Sylvie est une super hôte, très disponible, aux petits soins et avec plein de bonnes recommandations! On recommande à 600% !

Pour mon déplacement professionnel ce logement s'est avéré très bien. Il est bien équipé et confortable.

Très beau séjour dans un cadre magnifique , la communication avec Raphael était excellente. Le logement était spacieux, propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un moment agréable

les hôtes sont hyper amical et accueillant, le lieu est calme, le logement est agréable et la terrasse semble agréable quand il fait beau et chaud. Attention à la table, elle est assez lourde. je recommande pour un couple en tourisme ou un pro en déplacement.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Appartement bien équipé et calme. Avec vue sur jardin et sans vis à vis. Stationnement dans la rue relativement facile en fin de journée. Espace agréable avec grand balcon. Lumineux.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Stadtteil, der trotzdem viel bietet. Gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Reibungslose Kommunikation und einfacher autonomer Zugang. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung unbedingt weiter.

Great place to stay for a couple of days in a quiet neighborhood, with a parking space and easy access everywhere.

Le logement est très pratique de par sa proximité avec la gare part DIeu. Le fait d’avoir 3 salles de bain dans l’appartement et le rooftop sont des vrais plus.

Très beau logement avec des équipements de qualité Le seul bémol c’est le quartier, bruyant et pas très bien fréquenté Mais l’appartement était tellement bien que nous avons quand même apprécié notre séjour

Philippe mérite bien son statut de Superhôte. Son accueil, ses bons conseils sur Lyon, sa disponibilité et les qualités de son appartement (Propreté, équipements, proximité des transports...) nous ont permis de passer un excellent weekend sur Lyon. La place de parking en sous-sol est un gros avantage pour le secteur. Nous recommandons sans hésitation l'appartement de Philippe.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Da ich nicht klar kam mit dem Check-in, kam Elonie sehr schnell dazu und hat mir geholfen. Als ich wusste wie es funktionierte, war es einfach. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Eine große Terrasse mit kleinem Garten rundet das Bild ab. 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 1 Bad hatte den Aufenthalt erleichtert.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Franck’s place. It was clean, comfortable, with a terrace. Lovely. Good location. Franck was super helpful to us. His recommendations were wonderful. The only point I would make is that it was not clear to us that there was only one toilet. There are two shower bathrooms , but only one toilet.

Super logement c’est la deuxième fois que je viens et je reviendrai. L’emplacement est très bien et logement très propre.
