The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Il est très calme et reposant. Au 3ème étage avec ascenseur, il est composé d'un joli séjour lumineux, d'une cuisine toute équipée, un coin bureau. Une terrasse de 6m2 vient embellir celui-ci. Une chambre avec sa salle de bain (WC séparé) viendront compléter ce bel appartement.
