Holiday rentals with a home theatre in 8th arrondissement

Pavlé's apartment was perfect for my week in Paris. It's in a great location and is surrounded by great restaurants and patisseries. Getting around is easy too as it's close to several train stations. Pavlé was responsive from the beginning, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 4-day family stay at this Paris apartment. The location was convenient — just 25 to 30 minutes from all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city each day. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to public transport, shops, and bakeries. The hosts were helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families visiting Paris!

Loved Emmanuel's place! Characterful, quiet and the view from the balcony is amazing. The lift is hilariously small but fun and having stayed in many Paris apartments without a lift it was very handy to have one after hours of walking. Emmanuel had a friend meet us and give us a few tips about the place. The instructions and recommendations where thorough and well thought out. Would highly recommend!

This is a hidden gem! Words can't explain how amazing this place is. I was here for work and it was perfect in every respect.

Pour l’accueil, j’ai eu la merveilleuse surprise d’être reçu par une femme dont l’écoute, la gentillesse et la patience ont été d’un grand secours. Jeremie's apartment was a little slice of heaven nestled in the city. A true home away from home. The decor was charming and full of character, the kitchen was well equipped and perfectly suitable for our needs. The bathroom was clean with a good shower. The bed and seating was comfortable. But the most stand out of all was the balcony, with some of the most amazing city views I've ever seen. We were blessed with glorious sunshine and warm evenings, which was an absolute delight every time. Watching the beautiful sunsets fall behind the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre was a true gift.

Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin.Le logement était agréable. J'aurais apprécié avoir quelques serviettes supplémentaires pour les cheveux, mais sinon tout s'est très bien passé !

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Her şey çok güzeldi. Kendi evimiz gibi rahattık. Ayrı bir girişi olması baş başa kalmak çok değerliydi. Şehir merkezine 40 dk da ulaştık. Aktarmalar arası yürüyüş yok denecek kadar az. Her haliyle çok iyiydi.

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Accueil parfait, lien est très disponible et tout s’est très bien passé. Le logement est à 2 pas du parc des expositions et des transports en communs, étape réussie ! Merci Lien !

Had a fantastic stay at Emma’s! Close to three metro stops and bus stops and in a great neighborhood. Place had everything we needed and was a great place to stay for our trip to Paris!!!

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !

We really enjoyed our stay in Johans apartment. It has a good Location in Belleville, conveniently located right next to the Couronnes Metro station. On the 7th Floor of a big Apartment Building, it offered great views of the City from the big balcony and from the inside through the floor the cealing Windows all around. The interior of the apartment was really tastefully decorated, with loads of Art, Books, records, and other cool and funny stuff to discover. Also really cozy. Overall, a great Place to stay and a Perfect experience for our Paris trip. And Johan was a really nice host, always responded quickly and gave some good recommendations for local Restaurants without Event being pushy. We‘ll definitely try to stay here again if we ever visit Paris again.
