Holiday rentals with a sauna in 8th arrondissement

Jebrine is a very friendly host and very accommodating. All in all, it was a good value for the money, as the city of Paris is generally very expensive. We had fresh towels, apartment was tidy and clean. All in all, recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. it's a funky little place that looks just like the photos. The hammam was a unique feature that we did use after long days of walking throughout Paris. The furnishings and decor really maximized the use of the small apartment and gave the impression of a much larger space. Very comfortable spot!

Near to RER A and RER E station, great place and quiet area.

Super kind and very responsive host. There were some unexpected issues with an appliance and it was replaced the next day. He even took care of our laundry while we waited for the replacement. His wife provided excellent food and activities recommendations and both were super kind. It was all a very nice touch to a special trip to Paris for me, my son and a group of his closest friends.

Amazing place to stay! The apartment is beautiful with incredible views of the city. The steam shower was used every day by our family - as was the balcony patio. Benoit was an awesome host and even helped us figure out how to stream the PSG soccer game on the projector system while the game was happening. He went above and beyond to make sure we got to watch it! We loved the location. it was so close to the Metro C line which went to most of the places we wanted to see (including Versailles). we were at Notre Dame metro stop within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is great and very walkable and felt safe at night. We hope to come back!

We had an amazing few days, any questions we had were answered right away. He met us at the apartment when we arrived and allowed us to put our bags inside. Made sure we had what was needed. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

This apartment was truly special—an unforgettable Parisian experience! We felt so lucky to spend a few days here and live like true Parisiens. The decor was chic and comfortable, filled with fantastic art, an impressive movie collection, and a well-stocked library. There was endless storage and plenty of space for our group of six adults to relax and unwind. The private hot tub, sauna, and hammam were absolute luxuries after long days of exploring the city. The location was unbeatable—restaurants, shopping, and train stations were just outside the door, and I loved starting each day with a visit to Black Bird coffee. Lucie and Sébastien were fabulous communicators. The apartment even had QR codes to help us navigate the features like the skylights and hammam, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the entire space was beautifully maintained. Everything was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

So, so good! Ana was extremely responsive and kind. Was a bit lost coming into the country but her instructions were my saving grace. Can’t wait to stay another time. The ambiance, visit, decoration. Incredible

For the price, the private spa side is very good. The only downside, but consistent with the price, is that there is no terrace or any outdoor area to breathe air other than that inside, which can be affected by the heat and humidity of the spa. And the outside immediately overlooks the street with passage. That said, there is the ceiling fan that helps to dehumidify, the steam room that also has a cold and hot shower (great shower by the way). Many things are well thought out (speaker behind the head when watching a movie in the jacuzzi with bubble noise, for example, screen visible from both sides). The tub is very good. The steam room works very well too. The bed is comfortable. The reception is great, with enough to cool off (even if you have to pay). The studio is not very large, but well optimized for 2 people.

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

I spent three weeks in Laurence's apartment for professional reasons. It is very quiet, well decorated, pleasant, functional and very well-equipped. Located close to the banks of the Marne and Old Saint-Maur, it enjoys a beautiful environment. It also allows easy and quick access to central Paris. Laurence was a very responsive and thoughtful host.

We had a pleasant stay. Clean, well-equipped home with private parking, it's an advantage. Good communication with Astrid. We'll be happy to go back.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

A pleasant relaxing break close to Paris. Clean and well-appointed accommodation, you feel good there. The hospitality and availability of the host is a real plus, not to mention Kili's company!

Great place to stay, very well decorated and maintained and Zarko is a fantastic host, very helpful and responsive.

The four of us felt very comfortable in the townhouse and found the creative furnishings very extraordinary, which is designed with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is a bit cramped due to the large table, but all the other rooms were a very good size. The bathrooms are very modern and the beds comfortable, with the beds in the children's room unfortunately squeaking. You have many shops nearby and you can walk to the nearest metro station in 10 minutes.

Well-equipped and clean accommodation, consistent with the photos. The jacuzzi is super comfortable. I really had a very good night and the instructions were very clear. I would this property.
