Holiday rentals with a sauna in 8th arrondissement

Jebrine ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem war es ein gutes Preis-Lage-Verhältnis, da die Stadt Paris generell sehr teuer ist. Wir hatten frische Handtücher, Wohnung war aufgeräumt und sauber. Alles in allem weiterzuempfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. it's a funky little place that looks just like the photos. The hammam was a unique feature that we did use after long days of walking throughout Paris. The furnishings and decor really maximized the use of the small apartment and gave the impression of a much larger space. Very comfortable spot!

Appartement propre avec les équipements de base fournis (draps, serviettes...). Lisa est très réactive. Le logement est bien situé avec des commerces à proximité.

Super kind and very responsive host. There were some unexpected issues with an appliance and it was replaced the next day. He even took care of our laundry while we waited for the replacement. His wife provided excellent food and activities recommendations and both were super kind. It was all a very nice touch to a special trip to Paris for me, my son and a group of his closest friends.

Amazing place to stay! The apartment is beautiful with incredible views of the city. The steam shower was used every day by our family - as was the balcony patio. Benoit was an awesome host and even helped us figure out how to stream the PSG soccer game on the projector system while the game was happening. He went above and beyond to make sure we got to watch it! We loved the location. it was so close to the Metro C line which went to most of the places we wanted to see (including Versailles). we were at Notre Dame metro stop within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is great and very walkable and felt safe at night. We hope to come back!

We had an amazing few days, any questions we had were answered right away. He met us at the apartment when we arrived and allowed us to put our bags inside. Made sure we had what was needed. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

This apartment was truly special—an unforgettable Parisian experience! We felt so lucky to spend a few days here and live like true Parisiens. The decor was chic and comfortable, filled with fantastic art, an impressive movie collection, and a well-stocked library. There was endless storage and plenty of space for our group of six adults to relax and unwind. The private hot tub, sauna, and hammam were absolute luxuries after long days of exploring the city. The location was unbeatable—restaurants, shopping, and train stations were just outside the door, and I loved starting each day with a visit to Black Bird coffee. Lucie and Sébastien were fabulous communicators. The apartment even had QR codes to help us navigate the features like the skylights and hammam, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the entire space was beautifully maintained. Everything was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

So, so good! Ana was extremely responsive and kind. Was a bit lost coming into the country but her instructions were my saving grace. Can’t wait to stay another time. The ambiance, visit, decoration. Incredible

Pour le prix, le côté spa privé est très correct. Le seul bémol, mais cohérent par rapport au prix, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de terrasse ou quelconque lieu extérieur, pour respirer un autre air que celui de l'intérieur, qui peut être pris par la chaleur et l'humidité du spa. Et l'extérieur donne tout de suite sur la rue avec passage. Ceci dit, il y a le ventilateur au plafond qui aide à désembuer, le hammam qui fait aussi douche froide et chaude (géniale la douche d'ailleurs). Beaucoup de choses sont bien pensées (enceinte derrière la tête quand on regarde un film dans le jacuzzi avec bruit des bulles, par exemple, écran visible des 2 côtés). Le jacuzzi est très bien. Le hammam fonctionne très bien aussi. Le lit est confortable. L'accueil est super, avec de quoi se rafraîchir (même si payant). Le studio n'est pas très grand, mais bien optimisé pour 2 personnes.

Une hôte très agréable, bon rapport qualité prix, mon déplacement à Boulogne c'est bien passé.

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

J'ai passé trois semaines dans l'appartement de Laurence pour des raisons professionnelles. Il est très calme, bien décoré, agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Située à proximité des bords de Marne et du vieux Saint-Maur, il bénéficie d'un bel environnement. Il permet aussi de se rendre facilement et rapidement au centre de Paris. Laurence a été une hôte très reactive et attentionnée.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Logement propre, bien équipé avec emplacement parking privé, c est un avantage. Bonne communication avec Astrid. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement notre hôte pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité, ayant accepté notre réservation à la dernière minute. Le logement est conforme à la description, propre et bien aménagé. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une soirée, mais avons été touchés par la gentille attention : tout était prêt pour que l’on puisse profiter d’un barbecue. Un endroit convivial et accueillant

Wir haben uns zu Viert in dem Reihenhaus sehr wohlgefühlt und fanden die kreative Einrichtung sehr außergewöhnlich, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet ist. Die Küche ist aufgrund des großen Tisches etwas beengt, aber alle anderen Räume hatten eine sehr gute Größe. Die Bäder sind sehr modern und die Betten bequem, wobei die Betten im Kinderzimmer leider quietschen. Man hat viele Geschäfte in nächster Nähe und ist in 10 Minuten zur nächsten Metrostation gelaufen.

Logement bien équipé et propre conforme aux photos. Le jacuzzi est hyper confortable j’ai vraiment passé une très bonne nuit et les instructions était très claire. Je recommande ce logement.
