Charming apartment located on a quiet street in the Europe district (Paris 8). Crossing a street, you will arrive in the heart of Batignolles in the 17th or Moulin Rouge towards Pigalle. In addition to buses (80, 95, etc.) several metro stations are within a 10-minute walk (Europe station on L3. Gare Saint-Lazare on L14, L13 and L3. Place de Clichy on L2 and L13 (4 min). Liège on the L13. The apartment is sunny (3rd floor without elevator) and quiet since it overlooks the courtyard.

Small bright studio in the heart of Paris

This small studio is cozy and filled with lots of little pieces of history. It is quite central, bright overlooking the rooftops of Paris and optimized with a double bed that rises to the ceiling. It has all amenities because it is inhabited outside rental periods and I leave available the basics for cooking, hygiene, wifi, etc. Passionate about theater, sports and culture, I would love to recommend a place or a room to go and see.
