Esteiro cuenta con varias playas de arena blanca y se encuentra a sólo 30 min de la playa de Carnota, la Boca do Río, Area Maior y otras playas del sur de la Ría de Muros. Como actividades recomendamos visitar el Castro de Baroña, subir al Monte Pindo, visitar el Cabo Vilán o hacer un curso de Surf en una de las escuelas de la zona.
