It features two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the river on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, which opens onto the patio and the porch. Great attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.
