Beautiful courtyard for the property's residents in a closed courtyard, a balcony with morning sun on the 1st floor and a large roof balcony with evening sun on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor contains a balcony, an entrance, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and stairs to the 2nd floor where the kitchen, dining room and living room are in open extension of each other. On the 2nd floor is the roof balcony. The apartment is located in the heart of Aabenraa with the pedestrian street as a neighbor, beach close by.

Nachdem ich meiner Mutter, die seit Jahren Superhost ist, lange Zeit geholfen habe, jetzt meine ersten eigenen Wohnungen :) Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf von der Strandpromenade und der Therme entfernt und wir freuen uns, euch als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen :) Sowohl der Parkplatz, als auch die Bettwäsche sind bei uns inklusive. Und wenn ihr es kuschelig mögt, haben wir auch eine bequeme Schlafcouch, so dass ihr ebenfalls zu 4 kommen könnt :)

This 1st floor apartment is located in a quiet street that belongs to the city center's "walking zone", close to shopping, restaurants, cafes, also harbor and beach (100-600 m). - You enter the door of the apartment and immediately feel at home. The large two-part living room with the spacious dining area in front and the inviting sofa corner with TV in the background invites coziness and relaxation. The bedroom tempts with its magnificent double bed. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped.

With its own parking space. Please note! No smoking inside and in the living room. All smoking must take place outside.
