Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Authentic romantic half-timbered work from about the 1640s, with low ceilings. The house is located on Løyt land, with quiet and green surroundings. Close to the beach 2.5 km to Loddenhøj (9 min by bike, 35 min on foot). Shopping facilities 3.5 km (Brugsen and Netto). Lie Kirkeby 3.5 km. Hiking trails right outside the door. Opposite the house there is a packed lunch house, with the possibility to light a fire or a grill (No live fire can be lit at the house, due to the thatched roof).

“De neem staj” is located at one end, of our lovely old house from 1877 in the town of Kliplev. It is a converted hair salon (73m2) and has in the past been smithy (æ smaj), where horse carriages and shoeed horses were taken care of by the ace. There is an entrance right from the road. Cozy decor, with kitchen and living room in one. Sleeps 4 in 2 rooms. Pets: Max 1 smaller dog allowed, for a fee. (Linens not provided) Home is perfectly located for passing through guests. Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The beach is 15 minutes by car. To Rømø in about 40 minutes. Charging hybrid and electric cars is prohibited.

Bright, cozy 60 sqm apartment for two people with conservatory and separate entrance. From the red sofa in the living room and the wooden terrace there is a beautiful view of the water. Kitchen, dining area and living room are a large bright area. A double glass door leads from the living room onto a big wooden terrace. Here in summer there is the possibility to grill or spend the evenings in front of a fire bowl.

The house has a spacious hallway, a bedroom with a double bed and electric fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, storage space and a TV. Meals can be enjoyed in the large integrated sunroom with underfloor heating and panoramic views of the park-like garden.
