Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all things daily. The 140m x200m large new box spring bed, as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. A small "highlight" is a small bay window with a comfortable armchair, from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. The equipment also includes a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

A bright, individually furnished apartment with your own entrance and garden use, double bed, sitting area and table awaits you. Quiet and central location. There is a cooking area with fridge and coffee machine, coffee, tea. In the bathroom you will find towels and hair dryer. Electric blinds in front of the windows. WiFi available. The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.
