The apartment is part of a farm, which is located in Attrup with a good view of Limfjorden. The village is also close to the North Sea, Fosdalen, Svinkløv, Hærvejen and the Vejlerne Bird Sanctuary. Short distance to good beaches and Skagen is also an option. Aalborg, Fårup Sommerland and the North Sea are 30-45 minutes away. Double bed and possibility of extra bed for two in the living room. TV in the living room with Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and German channels. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Dogs are welcome.

Flot udsigtslejlighed ved havnen tæt på centrum. Denne særlige bolig ligger tæt på alt, hvilket gør det nemt at planlægge dit besøg i byen. Vesterbro (højhuset). 57 m2. Fælles møntvaskeri. 350m til Gaden 750m til Nytorv Altid hovedrengøring af lejlighed og nyvasket sengetøj og håndklæder til nye gæster 🙏🏼 OBS‼️Venligst IKKE booke lejligheden hvis du forventer en 5 stjernet Hilton hotel oplevelse med ingen kosmetiske fejl. Lejligheden er en ganske normal lejlighed, med en god beliggenhed.

Komfortabel kælderlejlighed m/stue, køkken samt bad med gulvvarme og bruseniche - yderst velegnet til 2 personer (op til 4). Behageligt indeklima med varmegenvinding. Senge, dyner og puder i ekstra god kvalitet. Hele boligen er røgfri - det er heller ikke tilladt at ryge udenfor. Egen terrasse med adgang til haven om sommeren. Separat indgang med elektronisk dørlås. Gratis parkering i carport, trådløst wi-fi og tv samt kaffe/te. Kæledyr/fester/arrangementer er ikke tilladt.

2 bedroom with large balcony and views over Aalborg

Bright 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Great views. Nearby there are shopping opportunities. Sleeping 2 people in the bedroom and 3rd sleeping area is on sofa bed. There is a TV with chromecast in both rooms - does not have TV channels. Close to bus and also has free parking. WiFi and cleaning after the stay are included in the price. Since I live in between myself in the apartment, there will be some of my personal belongings in the apartment - e.g. clothes and shoes.

Lejligheden ligger i Nordjyllands højeste ejendom "Horisonten", som er opført i 2020. Lejligheden er placeret på 8. sal, og byder derfor på en skøn udsigt over Limfjorden, Aalborg Centrum og den omkringliggende natur. Du kan gå til Aalborg Centrum på ca. 20 minutter via den hyggelige Kulturbro. Foretrækker du at gøre turen lidt nemmere, ligger Lindholm Station blot 500 meter fra lejligheden - Herfra kører der tog direte til Aalborg Centrum, hvor du er fremme på få minutter.

Lovely 2-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, with a breathtaking view of the fjord! The apartment has a modern and stylish décor that makes you feel at home. On the balcony, you can enjoy the sun from 10 a.m. until sunset. As well as a fantastic view of the Limfjord Bridge, Utzons Center and Musikkens Hus. There is also access to a shared roof terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Limfjord. There is no TV.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place with free parking and walking distance to Aalborg. Close to the E45 Newly renovated with a nice bathroom, new kitchen and stylish design. Can be used for couples, singles or a small family of 3. There used to be a sofa bed, but this has now been replaced with a bed, so there is better comfort.
