Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you'll be in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and queen bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

1 year old apt. 8 min walk from the Oslo S. Amazing view. Pier just outside the building and lots of great restaurants. Supermarked, pharmasi and vine store in the basement. Urban and lively, but at the same time secluded and a stone's throw from the water's edge. The best Oslo has to offer. New apartments in front finished in Aug 2025. We spent 2 days at Nicoline's. Everything was perfect. The check-in instructions were clear. We arrived by car and the garage is a real plus for free parking. Nicoline's apartment is very beautiful, modern, decorated and furnished with great taste, it feels very comfortable. It is conveniently located, the center is easily accessible by bus, bus stop close to the apartment. Convenient when you walked all day. The neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors quiet which is very nice. Nicoline has always been very responsive to our requests, she recommended places and activities to us, and also allowed us to check out later than planned. There are flyers available in the apartment, which allowed us to plan a small program for our visits. Thanks again for everything Nicoline! We recommend Nicoline's apartment for your stay in Oslo!

Newly renovated apartment in a fantastic location

Nikolai was proactive in getting in touch with us regarding our arrival time in Oslo, met us at the door of the building, and helped take one of our suitcases upstairs. He provided a great recommendation for dinner nearby (Michael’s), where we had a lovely meal. The apartment itself was beautiful. Immaculately clean and with a very thoughtful supply of amenities/appliances: washing machine, clothes rack, nespresso machine, kettle, oven/microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery, knives and chopping board, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, scented candles — the only thing to be mindful of is that the bed folds down from the wall, the apartment is small but there is a clever use of space and it’s perfect for 2 people especially if traveling light. 3 min walk to no.19 tram line (Bogstadveien) which is an excellent link to Oslo central station and harbour area. Lots of shops, cafes and beautiful parks within easy walking distance. Would gladly stay here in future.

a great, unique experience to stay here. stargazing is out of the question in spring/summer because it doesn't get dark, yet it was a great place to be for 1 night. We were very lucky with the weather and were able to sit by the fireplace. We chopped wood ourselves because there was no more firewood, but that was also fun. Fantastic place. I definitely recommend it. The hiking route there is very steep. So make sure you only take the essentials and don't have to go back because you forgot something 🙈😎
