The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. The completely unique villa is newly renovated with stylish rooms and minimalist decor. You can relax in the house's hot tub or enjoy the sun on one of the house's terraces or on a blanket in the untouched garden. The property is fully fenced so you can let animals or children explore with peace of mind. In the large living room, you can play on the professional pool table or relax with a movie/series on the 65" SmartTV. It is 7-8 minutes by car to a small sandy beach at Hesteskoen.

The apartment is located in the heart of Aalborg with only a 5-minute walk to shopping, cafes, the harbor and not least Jomfru Ane street, if you would like to have a beer or two. Parking is available in the parking garage just around the corner. Alternatively, there is free parking 24 hours a day at Saxogade or the harbor (about 5-10 minutes on foot from the apartment). Note: Do not use the fireplace. It's just for decoration.
