Beautiful pool house close to beach and shopping. The pool is always heated to 30 degrees, which makes it possible to spend many hours in the water without freezing. Outside, you can enjoy the wilderness bath with a glass of wine while watching the children play in the pool or in the garden. It is also possible to relax in the sauna, which is in the pool room. Outside, there is space to play soccer and play. Close by is Hals campsite, where there is a fishing lake and playgrounds. There is also a large jungle gym and swings for the little ones.

Relax with the whole family in this serene country home. The home is located on a large plot set back from the road so it is very quiet. The home has everything for the family with children, with lots of toys, a trampoline, a tree house and a child-friendly pool. The home is located in an idyllic village. Where we have both ducks and cats and lots of cute horses in the neighborhood. It is a 15-minute drive from Aalborg city center and 10 minutes from the small fishing village of Nibe, where you can shop and eat ice cream at the harbor.

In Tranum dune there is ample opportunity to enjoy nature and the sea right at your fingertips. Linen and towels can be rented for DKK 200 per person. Cleaning can be purchased for 750 Kr. Remember to bring dish towels. Electricity is photographed upon arrival and departure. Post-payment of SEK 4 per kWh. Restaurant and micro bakery close by.

Enjoy a nice weekend or holiday in our lovely cottage located in the beautiful surroundings of 'Himmerland Spa and Golf Resort' with many opportunities for fun activities and wonderful experiences. The cottage is 95 sqm on two floors and is rented to 6 people (three bedrooms). It was newly renovated in the spring of 2022 and is both well furnished and cozy!! From the living room, there is access to a lovely wooden terrace. The house has fast WiFi and Chromecast. Free water park is included in the price.

Med 25 m2 tagterrasse og 100 m2 terrasse i haven, er der lagt op til massiv udehygge. Hvad end det er sjov ved poolen, eller hygge i loungeområde. Børnevenligt hjem, med alt hvad i har brug for. El og vand afregnes separat ved afrejse. Vaske af tøj kan tilkøbes. Vi glæder os til at byde Jer velkommen.

The house is located in a calm residential area - and you will have a fine view to one of the parks called "Golfparken" from the veranda!
