Lovely private 4 bedroom apartment for rent on holiday and some weekends. Apartment on Aarhus Island with water views. Large couch. Baby bed can be borrowed. The apartment is in the living room. Laundry facilities are available in the apartment. Close to working out Close to supermarket. Close to forest and beach There are small playgrounds around the island. Fenced soccer field nearby There is an underground parking garage (for a fee). Remember the blue spaces. Welcome home! The apartment is located in "Isbjerget", here you live close to the center (5 min by car/1.5 km) of the Jutland capital Aarhus - popularly referred to as the world's smallest metropolis. In Aarhus, you will find both exciting shopping opportunities and cultural offerings of all kinds. The apartment is 80 sqm with a very beautiful light. Here is a lovely kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and balcony overlooking the harbor and sea. It's great to open up to the balcony and enjoy the fresh sea air as well as enjoy a glass of wine with the view.

The home overlooks the sea, Djursland and Risskov and the surroundings are constantly changing according to the weather and wind. A very unique location. Well equipped house with well functioning kitchen, dining area for 6 people (+4), sofa group, wood-burning stove and heat pump. 2 double bedrooms (140x200cm) and loft with 3 mattresses. Washing machine in the outhouse, where there is also an extra shower. Pets allowed when showing consideration for the listing and to neighbors. Shopping in Tved (5km) and good excursion opportunities especially for beautiful nature in Mols Bjerge. Child-friendly beach.
