The apartment is located in "Isbjerget", here you live close to the center (5 min by car/1.5 km) of the Jutland capital Aarhus - popularly referred to as the world's smallest metropolis. In Aarhus, you will find both exciting shopping opportunities and cultural offerings of all kinds. The apartment is 80 sqm with a very beautiful light. Here is a lovely kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and balcony overlooking the harbor and sea. It's great to open up to the balcony and enjoy the fresh sea air as well as enjoy a glass of wine with the view.

It is about 1.4 km to the beautiful harbor with kiosk and restaurant, and about 5 km to the next purchase. Nearby is the picturesque National Park "Mols Berge" and Djursland as well as the beautiful old town Ebeltoft, Djurs Sommerland, and the Kattegatcenter, several animal parks, the glass museum and much more.
