The home is located at the end of a quiet residential road in a small cozy and scenic town with only a 5-minute drive to the beach. There are shopping opportunities in town in Rema1000 and the specialty store Bjert Gamle Brugs. Located only 45 minutes' drive from Legoland and only 10 minutes from Kolding city, which has good restaurants, Kolding Storcenter, museums and many other child-friendly activities.

Log house! A real cottage/vacation home, where it exudes grandmotherly coziness! No TV or internet, but lots of books and games (there is a good 4G connection). It is cozy when the wood stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach, as well as a small bathing jetty, where you can just grab a morning dip. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch sea trout, as well as other fish species.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. Apartment in the old blacksmith in svanninge.

In the heart of Svanninge lies the old forge, which was active from 1490 until 2003. The old stable where the horses were shod and the hayloft became an office for an electrician company in 2003. In 2022, it has all been converted into a 110 sqm holiday apartment with a new kitchen and bathroom.
