Beautiful half-timbered house, in a separate wing on Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The property consists of a townhouse with a formerly functioning smokehouse attached, as well as a quiet and private garden. The house and the beautiful town form the perfect setting for a holiday on Bornholm.

Relax in our unique Glass House. Enjoy the view of the fields and feel nature up close. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the evening in bed directly under the stars. The glass house is located 5-10 minutes by bike from the city, and 2 minutes from Brændegårdshaven. The house is for you who want a unique experience rather than luxury. There are duvets, but you must bring your own sheets and covers. The house is located about 50m from our other rental "The Pink Camper" and there is a shared camping toilet, campfire - but no bath.

Cosy kitchen with new appliances and a lovely light living room. Outdoor terraces on both sides of the house with ocean view. Bar and bistro in town and close to Svaneke and Nexø.

Climate-friendly wooden house by the sea in Listed, Svaneke

Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen på havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

Annexet har både eget køkken og bad. Det ligger blot 100 meter fra havet, havnen, klipperne, en lille strand, røgeri og Mikkellers cafe. Vandrestier til Svaneke og Nexø lige fra huset. Masser af muligheder for spændende udflugter i området og en morgendukkert fra klipperne. Vi bor i hovedhuset - og elsker vores sted <3

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Apartment in the heart of Svaneke. The sea, the harbor (with bathing facilities), the square, the restaurants are within walking distance. There is a bedroom with two beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker and electric kettle. Please note that there is no stove and hood. But there are good restaurants and take-aways nearby. The rent includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and internet.
