Nice 1 room apartment with kitchen, 34 square meters, living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom. Bed 1.80 m wide, couch that also works for a child (no sofa bed). Ideal for 1 or 2 people (plus possibly 1 child). There is enough storage space to stay for 4 weeks. The kitchen has everything you need, spacious shower, washer-dryer. Location: Gastro: 1 min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1.1 km, Elbe 100 m, tram 100 m, supermarket 100 m. The apartment is on the top floor. Unfortunately, we don't have an elevator yet.

Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.
