“Very big recommendation for all interested parties. We really enjoyed this charm in Dresden's Neustadt. Stefan the host kept everything uncomplicated, simple and spontaneous. So that everything went smoothly and to all satisfaction! Thank you again, Eric & Ronja”
The granny flat is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in the second row on a plot surrounded by venerable trees. Directly opposite is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is very close to the city center and about 15 minutes on foot or by tram (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11 etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away to reach.
“I have already experienced many Airbnb accommodations and host parents, but the hospitality and the beautiful apartment from Petra and Jürgen are unique. We had not read the Airbnb listing properly, the display in Airbnb was also somewhat misleading, so we assumed two rooms within one apartment. But that was not the case. It is a granny flat with all Pipapo and the finest. Jürgen and Petra had vacated their private guest room because of a second room and this accommodation was more than great. Also the communication, the many tips and the pleasant interaction - Petra and Jürgen had open ears for all of our concerns. In addition: the apartment is not far from the train station and the location is still absolutely quiet and green - a real gem. Overall, we felt very comfortable in Dresden and would love to come back. If someone deserves the title of Superhost, it's Petra and Jürgen. Many thanks to both of you!”
