If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

The 2-bedroom lodges are ideal for a singles, couples or small family. One 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds, all bed linen is provided, all laundered in-house. Bathroom with bath and electric shower over Living room and kitchen/dining area are open plan and equipped with Free-view TV and DVD player and WiFi Kitchen is fully equipped plus microwave, fan oven, hob and fridge in the kitchen. Electric heating in all rooms, with an electric stove additionally in the living area.

Bike storage with charging. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course are across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. Easy car drive North to Ballater and Braemar or on the regular buses, which stop at road end .

The Lochan is a beautiful two bedroomed Lodge , located next to a private Lochan. property set in its own private one acre garden area. It is a new build completed in 2021. Outside it is next to a Lochan with its own 45metre decking, secluded garden along with parking adjacent.
