The bathroom boasts a large shower and a double-ended roll top slipper bath. Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

This self-contained studio is the perfect location for cycling, canoeing, gliding, horse riding, fishing, wild swimming, and exploring the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Wye Valley. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.

It has its own garden but there is plenty more garden, a pond and an orchard to explore and relax in. The wildlife and night skies here are spectacular! We are close to so many incredible places to visit and are a short drive away to good restaurants, pubs and shops. We provide a freshly made loaf of bread on arrival and milk, butter and home made marmalade & jam. Also tea and coffee. There is also a pub serving good within walking distance.
