Holiday rentals with breakfast in Wales

The location of the house is perfect especially if you’re looking to go on for walks and long hikes. Easy access and to get to. The house had everything we need. As a group we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to travel within the area.

Mel was so lovely and friendly, and was perfect with our anxious rescue dog Eric who can be tricky with new people - he likes his space. We felt really at home and all the little extras for Eric - dog towels, blankets, treats and toys were lovely. The Annexe is in a lovely quiet spot with quiet dog walks within 1 minute, so this was perfect for Eric. And it is really well stocked with everything you'd expect in an Airbnb - it genuinely felt as though we were guests rather than a money-making venture. Mel even added some shopping for us that we'd forgotten to bring when she did her shop. Great host, very kind.

Had a wonderful stay at Janine’s place very cosy and homely. Very clean with a nice comfy bed and a good welcome hamper. We were staying for a wedding at St Fagans so the location was ideal and the local taxis service was brilliant. Highly recommend Janine’s place to stay.

We visited Anglesey for the weekend and were looking for a place to centre our trip - Ffion's lodge was the perfect accommodation for us. Clean, modern, all appliances and amenities operated as expected. Lovely outdoor seating area too. The hosts are kind and available at all times, supplied extra towels and were happy to give us their personal recommendations in the area. Thank you very much for a lovely experience!

Staying here was an absolute pleasure. Everything was clean and as described. The hosts were very polite and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend and we will definitely be coming back.

We absolutely loved Matt’s place. If this isn’t the best Airbnb we have stayed at (it might be!), it’s incredibly close. Walkable to everything in the area (including fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, beaches, castle), spotless, spacious, extremely comfortable beds, phenomenal water pressure, well stocked kitchen (milk, orange juice, coffee, water bottles, jams, bread, welsh cakes!) I can’t think of anything to make it better. Parking is the only tricky thing about the place, but even with that we never had to park more than a 2-minute walk away. Matt was responsive to all our needs as well. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thanks, Matt!

Can't recommend enough. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again. Sue and Jo are very kind and caring and this came across in the flat's presentation and the lovely conversations we had with them. It was also nice to meet their dog and watch the birds. The flat is very quiet and is ideal for escaping the stress of busy day to day life. It is quiet at night and close to the city centre. Thank you!

Amazing place and in the heart of the town.

Rob’s place is in a quiet, developing part of Cardiff. It is easy walking distance to the heart of Cardiff’s central, pedestrian-friendly core which leads to Cardiff Castle and Bute Park beyond. The harbor can be reached after a pleasant 20-minute stroll along the River Taff. The unit is immaculate and well supplied, and Rob was kind enough to meet us upon our arrival and give us the lay of the land.

We were travelling to Aberystwyth to pick up our son from university. Richard’s place was only a few minutes drive to the university. Also very peaceful even though it’s on a main road. Easy drive to the beach and town centre.

Nina and her husband live next door and are very friendly. Great hosts and gave lovely accurate recommendations for good food, and coffee shops, also directions for local supermarkets. They also welcomed us to use their garden whenever we liked. The studio apartment was clean, and bed was really comfortable and the shower was really good and easy to use. The park across the road is beautiful, lots of trees and plants and streams. We enjoyed our daily walks, having nice chats with dog walkers and families with children. The cafe at the top of the hill, just two minutes drive has stunning views and great coffee. Highly recommend staying here.

Me and my partner stayed here for the night and it was a really lovely, cozy and spacious Airbnb! Richard had provided everything we needed and more! As well as this, it was extremely clean and well decorated. Richard communicated really well, check in and check out was super easy. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in this area.

This apartment is so perfectly situated to explore Ludlow and the surrounding area. The parking permit was an additional convenience that we really appreciated and took the worry out of parking. We stayed in order to attend the secret gardens event held in the village so was ideal for this as all was walkable. There are a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance which we took advantage of. The apartment itself had everything we needed, was comfortable and peaceful. Richard’s place was just perfect. I was visiting for an emotional event. The memorial to my dad who passed away last year. I was looking for somewhere to stay which had soul and was peaceful and not too far from the university. I loved this place and Richard was so down to Earth and friendly and welcoming. I really felt at home straight away and loved playing records on a record player. Really wanted to stay longer and will be back! Thank you so much Richard for your kindness.

Loved staying here for a second year in a row. The hideaway hut is tranquil and the perfect break from a busy life. Love nothing more than relaxing in the hot tub and listening to nature surrounding us. Thanks again for another perfect weekend away!

A fabulous 3 night stay with my mum for an event held locally. Useful instructions prior to arrival as this is very rural. Everything was absolutely spotless on arrival and throughout our stay. The hosts are very friendly and provided recommendations for our free time which were spot on. Breakfast was lovely and served in their beautiful living space overlooking the garden. Stayed for the weekend and how I wish we could have stayed longer! The caravan is absolutely spotless, the views are incredible, especially the sunsets over the hills, the welcome basket with local produce is a fantastic touch. Will definitely be back again!

A warm welcome, very clean, peaceful and quiet surroundings, just far enough but near enough to the town, amazing breakfast....and cake that Prue Leith would be proud of. Thanks Claire and Malc for making me welcome in their home.

Wow! What an incredible place. The photos and description truly don't do it justice. The location is stunning, the history is amazing, and the conversation with the host was very interesting.

The bed was very comfortable, the view was great, the breakfast was delicious. Beccy and Nicola were both very friendly and it was a perfect one night stop over for us. A quiet and peaceful spot - loved watching the rabbits at dusk from the bedroom window. The "tired decor" did not worry us at all - in fact it made the place have its own unique character!!

We spent a lovely three nights at The Cherry Trees in gorgeous surroundings. It was very relaxed and chilled. The accommodation was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Rachel and Dan were wonderful hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Communication from Rachel was excellent and the 11am check out meant you didn’t feel rushed to be out!

Really enjoyed our stay at Lindsey and Paul's smallholding. there was plenty of things provided for breakfast, but we couldn't resist the cooked breakfasts. I think we picked one of the coldest few days of the year so far, so it was lovely to have the woodburner to come back to after a chilly trip out. Lindsey and Paul were very helpful and friendly, and I would certainly consider visiting again. Highly recommend a visit.
