Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Beautiful Georgian Townhouse, 100m from the sea. Ardwyn 33 is centrally located around Aberaeron’s central park. Ardwyn is the best of both worlds- quiet and spacious, yet close to shops and Aberaeron’s beautiful harbour. Fine and family dining is a short walk away including the traditional seaside fish and chips. Feel like staying in? Curl up with some popcorn in our basement cinema room. The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.
