Beautiful space with stunning view! Perfect to disconnect and relax!

We spent two nights there, everything was great! The hot tub overlooking the mountains is a good plus and if you go there in summer you can enjoy the fruits that grow on site. There is also a couple of neighbors, who are absolutely adorable and with whom everything went well.

!!! Hidden jewel of Tuscany !!! My girlfriend and I had one of the best holidays ever in this wonderful place away from the tourist strongholds. We were received in person by the host family upon our arrival. Just to let you know: Molly herself is just a kind of agency from the UK, with whom you have contact before arrival. We were then in contact with the host family on site and were very warmly welcomed by them. For the perfect start to our holiday, we were handed a homemade antipasti plate, fresh fruit, a cake and a bottle of wine. When we got a detailed tour of the property, we couldn't get out of it. Everything was just incredibly beautiful and prepared for us with so much love for detail. Starting with the pool area, which is equipped with the most seating, lying and chill facilities. Of course, the fire bowl must not be forgotten, which is just perfect for a cozy and romantic evening. In addition, there is the breathtaking view over Castiglione di Garfagnana and the associated nature. For us personally, the pizza oven and the associated barbecue station were an absolute highlight. The house has everything you need. It is super clean, well equipped (especially the kitchen) , the bed is really comfortable and here we really want to highlight the attention to detail in all rooms. In addition, the surroundings are beautiful, you can just love the small villages, the mountains and nature. A perfect place to just unwind and enjoy the tranquility. In the end, it is only to say that we are incredibly happy to have discovered this place, a week there was far too short and we can recommend this accommodation with full conviction. Exceptionally beautiful house in Tuscany. In a wonderful mountainous location with incredible views. Lucca, Pisa, Florence and many other destinations can be easily reached by car 😁 Mr. Biondo, who is actually the host, is an extremely courteous and friendly man. Helpful and always available. I'd be happy to come back 😁

The place is located on top of the hill. It has been a pleasure to stay for a few nights at Federico's place. He has been really helpful when we asked questions, to find the place etc. It is a lovely family house. We did not test the jaccuzi because off season but I guess on sunny days it must be amazing. The view from the house is stunning.

Beautiful views, 20 min by car from the nearest town, not accessible without a car. The communication went great, the house was easy to find with navigation & the area is very nice

We really enjoyed our holiday at cas nel bosco, the house is very quiet and close to nature. We liked that very much. The pool and the garden offer total relaxation. We already miss everything very much. In the valley it was often 32 degrees in the first week and upstairs in the house it was very pleasant. The pool was super refreshing. The house has everything you need and the small village of Medicina is very charming. The access road is narrow and very winding, but we also saw some wildlife. Communication with Francesca and Paola was straightforward and enquiries were answered immediately. Thank you very much, we had a great holiday.

Our little family loved our stay here. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s so much more beautiful in real life. The hosts were lovely and the villa felt just like being at home. It was very comfortable and the hosts accommodated our baby boy with a cot and high chair which was very helpful. It is a relatively short walk into the city centre of Lucca which was extremely handy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Everything we needed and more perfect for the whole family and safe for little ones. Enrico and his team were great hosts very responsive and helpful during our stay.

The vacation home was a real stroke of luck for us as a family of 5! Fenced, with pool and large garden, table tennis, fireplace... there was something for everyone. The amenities match the description. Just an hour after our arrival, I booked our next vacation here, we liked it so much. Despite the heat, you can always find a shady spot on the large veranda. The outdoor shower was great, so the children could simply be rinsed off quickly in the evening without much effort. A little tip for all those who need it dark to sleep: take the smaller room right next to the bathroom 😉 The house is a little "hidden" at the end of a cul-de-sac, but was easy to find thanks to Ilaria's description (thank you!!!). The only drawback is the street, which you can hear very loudly, especially at night when everything is quiet. Ilaria gave us many great tips for excursions in the area and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we'll be back!

We were looking for a quiet location that we could use our car to visit several communities of Tuscany. This was perfect for two people. It is small, but cozy and comfortable, and met our needs. VERY quiet!

We had a really nice time at this place! It is very quiet and private, located near Tereglio, so you can relax wonderfully in the middle of nature and mountains with a beautiful view! The cottage is rustic, you will find everything you need. The well-maintained and lovingly designed outdoor area with pool is particularly noteworthy. Lorenza's parents are really very friendly and helpful hosts and can always be reached for any concern (e.g. luggage, etc.). Thank you so much! :) We would come back anytime!

We enjoyed the house in Torre, as the first house in Tuscany it was wonderful to arrive with attention and pampering of Stefania and her mother and father. Close to Lucca, a great base. A private parking space and privacy. The communication was very good. A house to enjoy outside with all those outdoor terraces. Thank you. It was very nice!

Very occasionally, you come to a place and meet people where you feel so incredibly at home, and that is what Sandra and Cristiano and their B&B do with you. Everything is right, the view, the hospitality, the house, the tasty things in the fridge. In short, a small paradise on earth with 2 very special warm sweet people who we already have in our hearts. The cottage on top of the mountain is in our top 5 of most beautiful and best places and Sandra and Cristiano at number 1❤️. We had a lovely stay at Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottage has been beautifully converted and is very convenient. The mountain views were wonderful and there's a great pool for the end of a hot day. It is private, and we ate outside every evening watching the light fade on the mountains. The location is also excellent, both for easy access to shops and also for heading to the mountains to walk. We felt very lucky to find it. Graziana's husband was generous with his maps and walking suggestions, and you absolutely must head to Piglionico to do the interesting, beautiful and well-marked walking trails that have been his passion project. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful stay with Leonardo and Stefania. They were incredibly welcoming and made our stay extremely pleasant. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and the pool and garden area was a peaceful bliss for our family. We would love to come back again soon.

From the moment I checked in I felt at home. In addition to great restaurant recommendations, Martina was great in giving me unusual info, like a hair dresser. She even booked my appointment. She reserved my taxi to the station when I left which was so helpful as it was raining. Anytime I’m back in Lucca I’ll stay with Martina.
