Cozy apartment in perfect location

Welcome, Looking forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower:toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birds chirping over a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, end the day at the "Greek" (150m) in the evening. The apartment is located in the countryside, but only 15 min. from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 min. The U-Bahn runs directly to the Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. Highway is 5. min. away.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative neighborhood in the center of Munich. A few meters away are supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You are on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Upon entering the room you will see in front of you the bright bathroom with shower and toilet, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has NO kitchen. On the left then high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Beautiful apartment in the middle of the trendy district of Munich

You will find an apartment in the middle of Munich's student district. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an open plan living/sleeping area with a double box spring bed and a dining area with a large dining table. In the kitchen there are 2 hotplates, a large fridge, a coffee machine and an espresso machine and plenty of dishes. The apartment has a nice bright bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway offers plenty of space. In the neighborhood there are many restaurants, cafes and shops.

Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
