We stayed at the house for weekend of birthday celebrations, the house was great and the garden, pool and surroundings were fabulous. The kitchen area was perfect for gatherings and loads of space to unpack. The beds were really comfortable, maybe an option to have a couple of additional twin beds as the majority were all double. The house was spotless and with the weather being perfect we couldn’t have asked for more. Anne was accommodating in all requests and information about the local area. I would highly recommend this property, we had a fabulous weekend.

We spent Christmas at Salix House and we were 11 pax in the party. Charlotte is an amazing hostess and her property is absolutely fabulous! The house is very well equipped and there’s so much to do: ping pong table, football, books and bars games. We had a fantastic time there and we would love to book to go in the summer! We had a fantastic stay at Lake Escape, Hoburne. The place is clean with nice decorations and attention to detail. The hosts were very helpful and resolved any issues we had quickly. This was perfect for a family of 4 with small kids. Location was on the farther side to the main complex, a bit of a walk if you have small kids, but as we traveled by car this was not a problem. In general Hoburne is ideal for kids aged 1-8. All of the entertainment is conveniently located within the main complex. Spacious softplay, excellent kids pool, and kids entertainment from morning to evening in the ball room (connected to the restaurant). Not even mentioning the numerous activities available to that region. An ideal holiday for us! Thank you for having us!

My husband and I are going other places in England and Europe, but I’m afraid this one will be hard to beat! It was just that lovely. This cozy guest cottage was just what we were looking for, and Georgina and Alex were the most welcoming and helpful hosts. They made sure we had everything we could’ve needed and went above and beyond what would be expected of them! They picked up that we were foreigners using the public transportation system and were so helpful (to say the least) to help us navigate that. We just loved every aspect of the stay! It’s the perfect small-town getaway or stop on your way into the “big cities” (London/Oxford). Will be back for sure!

Ian's place was a perfect spot for our group while attending a local wedding. Very cute and charming, full of all the amenities needed, and a lovely welcome basket was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Ian's place to anybody interested.
