This loft is located on the top floor of a century-old house. With its private entrance, you'll find the discretion and security you want. Its six skylights give you incredible brightness and a unique view of the lake. It offers a large double bed (queen) and a very comfortable double sofa bed. This loft is located a stone's throw from a municipal park overlooking the lake, an amazing sunset, a public beach and the Ville-Marie marina.

Pleasant cottage, open plan, very well lit by the windows. The lakeshore is private across the width of the property. There is a pleasant little adjacent terrace. It is a small lake, with clear and rather cold water, as it comes mainly from underground sources. No motorized boats (gasoline). Private land, with lots of trees. Campfire area. Forest just behind, with beautiful trails. A snowmobile trail is nearby.
