This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

The communication on Airbnb before my flight was excellent, quick responses and comprehensive information provided. I was hosted by Yogesh, who was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I had frequent contact with the guest service team, who were extremely helpful and even arranged a cleaning on the day I requested, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was a dream, so quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment was also very spacious, contributing to what has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Additionally, the amenities were exceptional. The swimming pool, gym, and beach access were all complimentary, offering the perfect way to unwind and escape the noise of city life. Every moment was enjoyable, and the days seemed to fly by. Good location to travel around and good options for eating and night out withing walkable distance. Host very responsive and overall, a nice experience to stay.

We had a wonderful time at the villa at the Royal Residences. Ahmad was a fantastic host, answered all our questions and provided great suggestions. We villa was spotless, the staff at the resort were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.

We had a fabulous stay at Polina apartment, it was home from home arriving very late at night, it would have been nice to have a welcome pack eg bottles of water milk. Thankfully we could get the essentials from 24 hour shop in communal area. I did not use cooker much, but when I did I could not get over head fan to work this made water come through ceiling fan in hallway . But overall fab stay and we would return thank you Louise Pete, Bev and Mya

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only an additional long thin carpet is needed in the corridor, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality

Fabulous studio apartment, very central to everything including Mall and theme parks on Yas Island. Apartment and complex facilities were very nice and clean and eveyone was really friendly. Would definitely use this apartment again as Anastasia communicated so well theoughout our stay.

The place was really strategic. I love the view of the sea. Sleeping with the view of city lights and waking up with the wonderful view of the sea. the view is also one of the famous buildings and tourist destinations in Abu Dhabi. the house was so spacious and 6 of us had a very comfortable stay. The host was so nice and very accommodating. there had been a problem with the door but it was fixed as soon as possible. We enjoyed our stay in UAE and one of the reasons is this accommodation 😊

A quiet getaway that feels like you are out of the city. Perfect to unwind. Great sunset view with calm waters. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and there was a nice surprise waiting for us on the houseboat for our anniversary. The marina is also good for fishing with rod or line only. Look out for the jumping fishes at sunset. Would book again.

Fahad's place was great.. The room was very big with lots of space to spread out all my stuff! 😂 The view of the beach was beautiful 😁 parking right outside the gate was so convenient. Communication was excellent, very prompt! I was a solo traveler and Mujahid (on-site) made sure I had someone to help me in & out with my heavy luggage, I only wish the elevator would have been working 😏 Although I had a very short stay on my way home from Dubai.. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! Very nice place with wonderful people who operate it! 🙏🏼

The view is breathtaking from every single bedroom, the living room, and the balcony. The open design is brand new and modern, it smells pleasant, and you feel at ease. As soon as you enter this apartment, you feel at home and never want to leave.
