The communication with Shai was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Swimming Pool, kids Play Area, Gym, Basket Ball, etc. We enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

I had a 3 day business trip to Abu Dhabi and I wanted a place in Yas Island which is close to everything and I didn't want a hotel, since an apartment has its benefits: privacy, full kitchen, and other amenities that are not available in a hotel. This apartment is the best combination. You have everything I mentioned + it is located inside a well maintained building with a front desk and reserved parking. As I said, the perfect combination to feel right at home from the first moment. I would definitely book it again on my next visit in 2 months!

Overall great stay, don’t hesitate to book. What stood out: 1. Location is amazing and the views from the unit are worth spending a few nights here. 2. Amenities are impeccable. You share the same amenities as the guests of a 5 star hotel. Be sure to check out the pool club. 3. Unit is very well designed and you’ll feel right at home. Will definitely come back here.

10/10 Everything was absolutely amazing. Shahzeen was extremely accommodating, always responsive within minutes if not seconds. Her hospitality as a host is unquestionable, we felt at home. I highly recommend booking with Shahzeen! Will definitely be booking with her on our next trip to Abu Dhabi

Everything we needed was in the house. Not bad hairdryer better than in most accommodation, washing machine that does not leak unlike the two previous apartments, everything corresponds to the description, the disadvantage is that it is very loud to hear the mosque in 4 am, adapters for European charging worked only in one place.

Lee was an amazing host, answered questions within minutes. The place is an absolute credit and perfect for my needs. I would most certainly receommend this location to anyone.

This was my second stay at Eric's Airbnb in Abu Dhabi. My son was a student at NYUAD, and the location is conveniently close to the NYU campus. My sister had visited a year ago and also stayed here, and we both came for my son's graduation and were very happy to book this same place again. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the couch is a comfortable sleeping area also. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's very quiet and safe. We had access to restaurants and shops nearby, and we weren't far from the city. This time we had a car rental, but getting a taxi is also very accessible. We had a question about the Wifi password, and both Tate and Eric responded quickly and helped us resolve that. All of our communication with both Tate and Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive. If I return to the area, I'd love to stay here again. It was nice to know that this welcoming space would be waiting after a long flight!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
