The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, right next to the 5th arrondissement and Rue Mouffetard, and 10 min walk from Denfert Rochereau.

You'll love my place because of the view, the location, the ambiance, the many caterers on and around the street, the subway and bus stations. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.

It is very pleasant to live in thanks to its large fitted dining kitchen, its Parisian-style living room, its bathroom with a view of the stars, and its unopposed bedroom. This beautiful 100 m2 apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three people. You first enter the living room, spacious and bright with its sublime view of Notre Dame, it opens onto a flowery terrace that connects with a long balcony accessible from every room in the apartment. One person can sleep in the living room as it has a single 90 x 200 bed.
