Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Accord

My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing weekend escape from NYC and couldn’t have picked a better spot. We came to explore Kingston but loved the house so much that we were just as happy staying in, playing games, and soaking in the cozy vibes. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed — I can only imagine how magical it must be in the summer with the porch, or in the fall with the foliage. Even in late winter, it was idyllic. The location is perfect — just about 10 minutes from Kingston, so it’s super easy to pop into town while still feeling tucked away. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, peaceful home. I especially loved the great knives for cooking, the filtered water throughout the house, the dimmable lights, and the gorgeous interior design. It was the perfect home base to pop into the town of Stone Ridge, Woodstock, Kingston, and the surrounding parks for hikes. My friends and I couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Limor and Sunny's home was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect for families and on beautiful land. They provided a guidebook with everything you could have possibly asked for, and additionally, were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We traveled as a big group, and Limor and Sunny were more than accommodating to our needs. Thank you so much. Would definitely love to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home over the weekend! Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish — Erika were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. The house itself is cozy, beautiful, and truly feels like it was built and cared for with love. Every detail, from the décor to the layout, made our family feel comfortable and right at home. The drive up was beautiful, and the stay even more so. The home was cozy, charming, and had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. The water view in the back was stunning and added such a serene touch to the experience. The neighbors were friendly, and the host was kind and welcoming. We felt right at home here.

The house was so cute and private. It was an easy drive to several restaurants, hiking areas, and little towns. The projector was a HUGE hit with my family and it was beautiful to watch movies at night with the sun setting through the big picture windows.

Me and a few friends stayed in Shane's place for a weekend getaway and we had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and the area was beautiful. We were initially a bit wary of the house due to the previous comments about bugs in the house but we didn't encounter any and the house was totally clean. It's a good distance out of town to feel secluded and part of the environment but not too far where it was inconvenient if we needed to run into town. Definitely recommend a stay, Shane was very communicative and easy to work with and made sure our trip went off hitch free

The brick house at Eagle Ridge Farm was a great home base for us to spend a long weekend in the Catskills. The place was well kept, with a comfy bed, and a great view out the windows. Scenic, but only a few minutes from Arkville and Margaretville, where there are great options for food and drink! We were also recommended great hikes by the host. Would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and incredibly well-prepared. The host went above and beyond—there was a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. She truly thought of everything we might need, from toiletries to kitchen essentials, including a variety of snacks/breakfast items, coffee and teas. It made our stay comfortable, relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A perfect little apartment in a perfect 300 year-old stone house. Privacy. Serenity. Calm beauty. Accommodating host. Every uptown Kingston attraction and restaurant within a few minutes walk. Easy parking. A good night's sleep. Can't say that it's clutter-free, but who cares, it's really charming and that bathroom is SO relaxing with both a giant rain shower and old fashioned tub. Perfect.

Beautiful place to stay in Rhinebeck Village! Walkable to shops and restaurants. Located in a very pretty neighborhood, and being close to a beautiful creek, is a wonderful setting! Very clean inside and nicely decorated. There is no basic cable TV so be sure to bring your Roku stick or anything else you need, assuming you want access TV during your stay.

We’ve stayed at a few of Grahams places over the years and they are always wonderful! Clean and exactly as described! We always enjoy ourselves!

The only bad thing about our stay was that we had to leave (⁠╯⁠︵⁠╰⁠,⁠) This was a beautiful little stay. We showed up cranky, and naturally we nitpicked all the problem we had with the space. Then we read the folder and realized the problems were all in our heads. We most appreciated the thorough descriptions on what to do about deer ticks. No matter where we visited within a 1hr driving radius, they were there. The tips on handle them changed the game. It rained for our entire trip, so we didn't get to explore the property. We thought this would be a bummer, but the space was a haven. We felt most at home. From the fireplace in the bedroom, to the candy and chocolate that kept us happy, to the beautiful, awe inspiring decor that reminded us of all the reasons why we took the trip, we are so thankful for this stay. We'll be returning for a conference after making some connections, and now we know we have a go to. No more searching. Thank you for a new NY home :)

This was a lovely getaway, went up for Memorial Day Weekend and getting some nature in at Minnewaska state park, it was rainy this weekend so we ended up having more time at the house then planned but we were so cozy it was a delight, we had some empty tanks for the grill when we arrived but the hosts offered to reimburse us for the refuel which was very kind, also had a friend who left their jacket and keys and Kyle and Jasmine have been wonderful in helping them get it back! A great cozy stay, the ride up was scenic

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

Beautiful home, great location and friendly host. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything needed, games room was an added bonus.

Everything was absolutely amazing. We felt at home the entire stay and had everything we needed. Carl was really easy to work with. I mistakenly booked the trip a day shorter than needed. At the last minute I realized my mistake and Carl was quick to respond that adding an extra day was no problem. The system had a problem though allowing me to book an overnight stay on the same day I “checked out,” but Carl worked back and forth with me and with AirBnb help until I was finally able to book that extra night. Carl remained professional, calm, and polite, even though I know that was probably stressful and a pain to deal with. The problem was 100% on me, but he helped to fix it with such grace. I really appreciate the professionalism. I highly recommend both Carl and this specific rental. Thank you!

We had a great time staying here! The house was clean and matched the description perfectly. It's the perfect place to stay to go skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer!

Marco was a very accommodating host and his property is absolutely immaculate, my guests and I felt like we were in Europe or some tropical place. The kitchen was spacious enough to accommodate our large group and we had no issues with the property or any appliances the whole time. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets off of the balcony and also hiked to a nearby waterfall. Absolute five out of five stars!
