El Corral de Serafín village house

The house is rented alone or next to the Charcoal Patio for groups, as the two houses can be joined without having to go out to the street to go from one house to another, the occupancy with both houses can be up to 12 people. Rural accommodation at the foot of Sierra Nevada within the municipality of Nigüelas with capacity for 4-6 people. The Corral de Serafín is a house in the purest style of the area, wooden ceilings, dome in the bedrooms, it retains an old stone wall in the living room. On the first floor, it has an outdoor patio, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa bed and toilet, on the second floor two bedrooms and full bathroom. It is located in one of the oldest areas of the village, where a part of the irrigation drought is still uncovered, so on many occasions we are accompanied by the sound of the water. The village is on the same side of the mountain, it belongs to the Sierra Nevada National Park, it is three kilometers from the highway. We have to the north Granada 27 km, ski slopes 60 km, to the south Lanjaron and Alpujarra 16 km and the Costa Tropical 40 km away. This makes Nigüelas a magnificent location to visit Granada. Although it is small, it has several things of interest, especially a 15th century oil mill, all of which you can see better in guided tours Niguelas

Aguas Calmas Farmhouse

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. Our location is very close to the main access roads for both the capital Grenadine, about 15-20min, Sierra Nevada 40min or heading in the opposite direction to visit the Alpujarras or the coast in less than 30min.

In front of the cortijo there is a small terrace for dinner or breakfast with views of the peak of the sierra Nevada. There is a fireplace, wifi and AC and washing machine. There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.
