Excellent rental with air conditioning and beautiful ocean views. Just 700 meters from Levante beach (about a 9-minute walk). Ideal for couples. Fenced residential complex with a huge garden, 2 swimming pools (open in summer season), 2 tennis courts and 1 basketball court + soccer field. It has free private WiFi, parking, concierge and 24-hour surveillance. A 2-minute walk to a supermarket and pharmacy. Two-bedroom apartment for four people on the Poniente beachfront, with views of the beach and the sea, large terrace with views, all exterior, spacious living room with sea views, private parking, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven), full bathroom, in a residential development with a swimming pool, a very nice garden with sea views and a tennis court.
