Cozy house in a quiet and beautiful rural mountain setting in Granada. Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

We present a rural house that invites you to live a few dream days in the Lecrin Valley. This villa is located in an area on the outskirts of Padul, very close to Granada and just over half an hour from the tropical coast and Sierra Nevada. It has a private pool and is surrounded by olive and fruit trees, inviting you to relax and enjoy with the family. It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. This suite is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, with separate entrance. The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

The house was built by me and I keep the comments of some of my customers - you have put a lot of affection in this house. We have a covered inner courtyard, with a glass dome on the second floor, which gives a lot of light to the interior even on cloudy days. It has a special charm on moonlit nights when its light illuminates part of the courtyard, giving it a special spell. A terrace overlooking the valley where we do not miss a sunset, some are a spectacle.

Cave located in the surroundings of the Sacromonte Abbey, with all amenities, in a B.I.C. environment (Asset of Cultural Interest) 15 minutes from downtown Granada, and the Albaicín, with public transport 50 meters away, and 200 from the Abbey, with parking located at the same door, public, but where there is always availability. When staying in the Cueva de David, you will be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)

La Almunia de Nigüelas is an accessible country house in the heart of nature, in an area of high environmental protection (Sierra Nevada National Park). The views are spectacular and the weather is very pleasant. The half-hectare farm is in the Lecrín Valley watchtower. The treatment of agricultural production is organic. Our house is built with natural materials, meeting bioclimatic and environmental sustainability criteria.
