We chose new, comfortable, luxury material and design furniture and also state-to-the-art electrical appliances. All bedding are made of natural materials such as egyptian cotton and goose feathers for the winter quilt. All of them are Oeko-Tex certified. The garage door and the armored door of the house guarantee safety. Electric shutters and double glazing maintain a very good temperature inside the house. Our neighborhood is ideal for walks. Supermarket stores, cafes, drug stores can be reached in a few minutes. Two avenues give immediate access to the National and Attiki road.

Our spacious industrial studio (74 sqm), part of a detached house, offers full autonomy, private entrance, and access to a tree-lined courtyard, perfect for sunny days, exclusively for guests' use. It accommodates up to 4 guests with one double bed (150×200 cm) and one sofa bed (140×190 cm). Fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Ideal for couples, small families or solo travelers. * Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or gatherings are allowed.
