My apartment is centrally located within walking distance to the beach (7 min walk), grocery stores, local market, ATMs, bus stop, sports facilities. In addition, this charming apartment, which has bright rooms that receive light all day and a spacious balcony, is on the 2nd floor of a 2-storey building. There is parking available for those with vehicles, and for those without, the stop is right in front of the house. Our house was completely renovated in 2022 and has a modern architectural design. All rooms have magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Our duplex house has an open kitchen, living room and toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 dressing room, a bathroom, and a terrace balcony. There is also a bed in the dressing room to be used if needed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the summer, you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
