Cozy basement suite in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in West Edmonton 8 minutes drive from West Edmonton Mall, 3 minutes drive to the River Cree Resort & Casino and Costco. Full kitchen with quartz countertops comes fully equipped. Bedroom comes with a queen bed. There is a rollaway sofa bed that is a single/twin size as well. Laundry is available for guests staying for 2+ nights. Street parking is available for guests. This is a no-pet and non-smoking facility.

This is the primary rental suite at the Dragonfly Inn. The loft suite is a fully independent legal suite with its own entrance, kitchen, laundry, heating, bedroom and TV room. The suite has its own heating and cooling systems. The loft suite can comfortably sleep 4 adults. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the TV room. Twin bed's can also be set up for kid(s) instead of the sofa bed (max 200lbs). We also have pack and play for toddlers.
