Xavier is a very welcoming, human and caring host, he did not hesitate to take the necessary initiatives to offer me a pleasant stay by offering me good places to eat. I came to Arras to take a very stressful exam and I found in this apartment, the calm and tranquility that I needed to settle down and study calmly. We had a fantastic stay at Virginie's place. The house is stylishly decorated, finished to a very high standard with a beautiful bathroom and fully fitted kitchen.We particularly enjoyed sitting in the garden which overlooks the Bellfoi. Free parking outside the house was an added bonus. The property is within walking distance of several restaurants snd bars and the hypermarche is a short drive away. We would highly recommend a stay in Virginie's lovely house .
