Nous vous proposons de séjourner dans notre maison qui se situe à Achicourt à proximité de la citadelle d'Arras (5 min en voiture de la gare et 20 min à pied du centre ville). Vous apprécierez l'emplacement au calme à quelques minutes de la ville. Stationnement gratuit. Départ tardif le dimanche. Boulangerie, boucherie, tabac presse et supérette à proximité. Maison très conviviale idéale pour séjour familiale ou entre amis. ⚠️ les fêtes sont interdites et le calme doit être respecté !

Idéalement situé : à 200 m de la gare TGV/FAC, 450 m du centre-ville (beffroi, restaurants, bars, théâtre.... ) 400 m de la foire expo. 1km de l'école guy mollet Tout se fait à pied ! Grand parking gratuit de 250 places juste en face. de votre logement aucun problème pour vous stationner Boulangerie juste a cote de votre gite attention escalier un peu raide, non adapté aux PMR.

Ici, pas de voisins ni de route : des arbres à perte de vue, le silence, et une terrasse de 160 m² pour en profiter du matin au soir. A 15 minutes d'Arras, à 1h de Lille ou de la Côte d'Opale. Le chalet a été pensé comme une parenthèse : mobilier haut de gamme, matériaux naturels, grandes ouvertures sur la forêt. On y vient pour déconnecter, marcher et repartir apaisé.

Maison située à 3,5 kms du centre d'ARRAS. avec deux chambres et un clic clac dans le salon Le terrain est clôturé. L'accès au garage est possible pour les propriétaires de chien. Une porte fenêtre dessert le jardin. A l'intérieur les chiens ont accès au séjour, salon et cuisine mais pas dans les chambres. Aucune fête n'est acceptée .
