Oswestry Private Room with Ensuite, quiet location

DavidRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This booking was, in every way, the best of Airbnb should be about. The hosts, Pauline and Martin, were very welcoming, informative and friendly. Their lovely home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little passing traffic. Everything in my bedroom - and in the house generally - was spotlessly clean and comfortable. They provided all that a short-term (or an extended stay) visitor might require. Oswestry is the perfect locus for reaching some of the loveliest parts of both England and Wales…and is ideally placed to access canals, countryside and all the historic small towns and villages in the immediate area.

Excellent stay in an immaculate and friendly home. Stuart is friendly, easy to speak to, great interesting stories. Very good host. There to speak to if needed but never intrusive or in your face. Helpful information. Whole experience summed up by saying I won't hesitate to stay again

Quiet, single Llangollen town centre room.

EdwardRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I've stayed a few times at Marion’s home when travelling for work. It's cosy, colourfully decorated and a great place to unwind when you need a good night’s sleep. Its in the centre of the town so everything is accessible and the surrounding countryside is stunning. Winter mornings and summer evenings are great for a walk in the hills.

This cottage was in a great location for us to explore the area and visit the aqueduct. Added bonus was the cottage was lovely and cool which was a godsend for our dog as temperatures were climbing to 30degrees during our 3 day stay!

A beautiful cottage set in a lovely location. So peaceful and everything was thought of to make our holiday. It was home from home and was greeted with a bottle of wine and biscuits.
