Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

Common access (right of way) is provided, but everyone keeps their space and privacy.

It consists of an entrance with a main room equipped with a kitchenette, TV, Nespresso, a table and a sleeping area with a very comfortable double bed (140 x 200) as well as a wardrobe. You will be in the city center in close proximity to all types of shops (bakery, city market, champagne bars, restaurants...). The train station is just a short walk away.
