Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

Cozy studio with great city and lake connections

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

Perfekt Home at the city center

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. Gorgeous flat in hip & vibrant area

In Zurich (Kreis 5), the area with the highest quality of urban life, in walking distance to the train station, the Landesmuseum, Old Town and the famous shopping street. The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station. Those who are sensitive to such noises should not choose this apartment. This apartment is on the 1ST FLOOR of the house (no elevator).

Lovely big room, 17 m2, with its own entrance and a large bathroom, 6 m2, with heated floor and shower. There is small fridge and boiler and electric blinds. Beautiful mahogany floor and designer furniture. DVD, TV and Internet and a small office desk. There is a double bed, that can turn into a sofa, plus a single bed. Internet access. Parking in front of the house depending on availability. This requires a day ticket (15 CHF).
