The wooden house, built in 2024, is located on the largely natural island of Ada Bojana, one of the most beautiful spots in Europe. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

In the rural area, you are still central: By car, you can reach Ulcinj in 10 minutes and the large beach Velika Plaza or the unique river village Ada Bojana in 15 minutes. Free parking is available. Our boutique houses are one of a kind. The unobstructed panoramic view, private space in the house and on the terrace, 10x4 m infinity pool, outdoor lounge, outdoor kitchen.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay... Sofia's Garden cottage is located 1 km from the center of Ulcinj. Nearest beach is Valdanos, 2km. Very quite place,surrounded with olives. We have a free WiFi, a parking garage, big garden, outdoor dinning area. Chirping of birds in the morning is so relaxing... you will see there cows and sheeps aroud. Our small cottage is very peaceful, its 90% handmade by the owner. Check in time after 11:00.
